D/GET PLENTY OF FRESH AIR
Deep breathing of fresh air outside negatively charged air (the good kind) ,help cleanse the lung and increase circulation.fresy air from the ocean, near the river or waterfall or after rainstorm is not only negatively charged but is high in oxygen which is very beneficial for cancer.Be sure to have plenty of fresh air in your bedroom as yiu sleep, keep window open, even in winter,the window partially open. nowing is that cancer cells cannot live in the presence of oxygen.
E/EXERCISE OUT OF DOOR.
Brisk walking is good form of exercise, but not jogging (bicyling &
swimming is also good).Use 3 times daily, at least 3 minutes.
